| Finally Completed (sort of)
Finally finished the Yeti the way I wanted. At least this far. I guess I have to actually run this thing now! To the rocks!

What's that little box the LED's wires seem to be going into?

Thanks! A-arms and trailing arms are made by GPM. The lights are hooked up to an on/off switch. |

Really like the looks of the GPM trailing arms and been eyeing them up as they at least look more likely than other alu trailing arms, to take the T-Bone trailing arm skids properly. Just worried about GPM alu quality especially as I am a relative hop up newbie.. Can I be cheeky and ask what you think of them now you've run them? Cheers |

Absolutely this - quality. I wouldn't mind getting the spur cover that they do on Asiatees, but again I'm dubious as to the quality of thing (needlessly so, probably). |

I just recently put the GPM trailing arms on and have only ran the rig once since but the seem to be a decent alternative. The only down fall I see is the bottom of the trailing arm has ridges that will get hung up easily if your crawling the yeti. This could be fixed easily with a little fab work or skids. But mine is built as a go fast so I'm not concerned about it. Great alternative for half the price but only time and some bashing will tell.

| Re: Finally Completed (sort of) So intrigued by this mod - something about the looks of it just hit me as awesome. Seems as if it would still provide swaybar functionality but also allow for increased articulation when necessary. Could you speak to handling characteristic after this change. What would you say are the pro's and con's?

Numerous people on the Yeti Facebook page have tried it and said it's essentially just a gimmick, especially if you're moving at speed as it just spins out when accelerating. Truck just becomes uncontrollable. And if you're crawling, you might as well just disconnect the sway bar fully and get full articulation, the shocks would just limit you needlessly in that instance.
