| Yeti Snow Skis from TBR
I'm sure its not for everyone, but TBR just released their front Snow Skis for the Yeti. I'm probably going to end up with some for my rustler instead, but i still think the idea is neat. Axial Snow Skis by TBR |

So you lose 2 driven wheels for skis? I'd rather have 4wd in the snow.

| Re: Yeti Snow Skis from TBR I don't disagree, I would rather keep 4wd for the yeti, but there still may be some out there that just want skis because they want skis, not because it would be better on skis than it would with paddle tires front and rear.

Tracks wouldn't last 2 seconds on a yeti.

I was wrenching on my yeti last night and happened to look over and see my incense holder which looks like a wooden ski and thought about skiis on the yeti, but i can't justify loosing 4x4 just to look different. But i think you would need some long wide tracks or it will just sit n spin it's wheels unless on hard pack or a solid surface. The yeti has too much weight towards the front to get traction. Trying to use 2wd on dirt is hard enough without spinning out. Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk |

I look forward to seeing a video of these in action. I think the idea is cool, but at the end of the day they need to function. The ski kiels need to be sharp and there needs to be proper dampening to keep them on the snow for initiating turns.
