I've not seen Erik's front links but they're Ti like the VP links. I simply measured/compared mine to the stock links and had no issues.

That's what I was thinking..tie rods are ok...cambers are about 1/4 inch to long. just enough that I can't cut these and have enough thread left. Guess I'll pick up some traxxas ones. No biggie just good for ppl to know before they spend there $$ on these.

Traxxas part 3643 and then switch the balls to the Revo ones. Have the party number but not handy at the moment.

Found out the ssd knuckles have approx 2 degree toe in compared to stock. So that explains my issue. Wish I knew that before ordering. Just an update.

Yeah I made my turnbuckles the same length as the stock stuff and ended up having to shorten them once they were installed. So that would explain it. Maybe SSD needs to shorten the arms on them to correct it.

This is good info on the SSDs. I have considered buying them, and have looked at them online a few times but don't recall reading the 2 degree added toe in? Purhaps I just over looked it. But if not, it sure as heck seems like info that should be added to the description of the product to avoid problems like what you guys ran into! I personally dislike products that purposely omit or mislead you into a purchase. Can't say this is the case here, as I said I may have missed that, but if it is....I'll send my $$ elseware

I agree. It's cost me 25.00 on links I can't use and a little aggravation. That being said they do give a little more clearance and seem pretty beefy. They need to add the angle difference in the description is all. But hey nobody's perfect. Doubt there going to send me 25 bucks lol. It's all good!!

The tires are proline tsl swampers. I'll report back how they hold up on 3s.

I'm pretty sure you can recoupe your funds through the for sale section on those links if they don't work for you. I always adjustability anyway, so a solid tie rod and drag link on an IFS rig to me was never an option. Sorry it didn't work out the way you hoped, but at least you'll have some adjustability. Can run some camber for tighter cornering.
