Default Vanquish knuckles vs Bearings

Just got my VP knuckles in and noticed the bearings don't fit?? Has anyone had to open up the knuckles for the bearings to fit? Fyi I am referring to the inner bearing or the larger of the two. Any help would be great

They can be tricky.. But they fit.

My first thought, you have the bearing out of square with the hole it slides into.. If it's off just a touch, it binds up..

I work the bearings in, with my thumbs, pushing with one then the other. Some kinda "wiggle" in

put in the outer bearing first, put the inner bearing on the stub shaft, then insert that assembly in to the hub. The stub axle will keep the inner bearing square with the bore as you push it in, if it is still tough gently heat the knuckle with a small torch or hot air gun (be sure to wear gloves!) to expand the hole, should slip right in then.

You can also freeze the bearing.

Thanks guys, just took the other side apart (the side that got damaged) and the ball bearings rolled out LoL so now I have new bearings on order. I will try your tricks though! Thanks again

Another vote for freezing. . All the other suggestions are just as good. Dealer's choice.

Freezing the bearings, then a light coat of shock oil on the outer race has always worked for me on super tight tolerance bearing seats.

I will fourth the freezing as a freezer is more common than a small torch at home (I would still freeze the stub axle with the bearing on it), at work a torch is much closer than a freezer and easier to move than a 300lb rotor XD
