Default rear sway bar

I have installed the axial aluminum mounts and stiffer bar. What do the numbers represent, and why the set/grub screws? I thought the bar needed to rotate. Thanks in advance.

The set screws are to take the slop out, not to stop rotation.

The lower the number the softer the bar or diameter of the bar to be technical. I believe Axial has a soft, medium and hard for options.

That's what I was thinking. The firm, or thickest will fit in the medium spot too.

My redneck engineered rear drive shaft fix lasted about 2 pulls of the throttle. So I will have to wait to see if stiffer springs,(hr grn rears in front, 90wt oil) and axial sway bars help handling. i have MIP driveshaft any many more parts waiting...
