|  Wheels are spinning in different directions.
I thought I followed the directions to the tee. But when I throttle...back wheels spin forward, but front wheels go in reverse. And vice versa. What the hell did I do wrong :-)

You put the bevel gear in the wrong way in one of your diffs. Open up and flip one of them and they will be spinning the same way.

if you look in the manual pg 11 and 12. there are some notes showing the direction they should be installed, so pop off the rear diff cover and you can quickly tell which one is backwards

Flipped the rear diff gear. To other side now the tires are spinning in the same direction. Tks

I had the same problem, after opening front and rear I thought I was going mad. Turns out the supplied instructions in the kit were wrong. |

I did the same thing when I built mine. The exploded diagram shows it different than the other diagram that shows you how to install.
