Rtr comes with 30/10 F/R. I ran 30/20 on my stocks before the rig started getting heavier with aluminum upgrades. I run prolines all the way around now with 40/30 and stiffer springs.

45wt/30wt (front/rear Associated oil) for everyday bashing. The 10wt that comes in the kit is pretty much useless to me. If I am running trails it's okay, not really. Any kind of speed and any kind of bump/jump and the rear will bottom out...serious donkey kickin' going on.

What springs are you running in your Prolines if you don't mind?

Thanks in advance!

I am running yellow (stiffer axial springs) on the front. Oil is 40 front 20 rear for me and it works great!

It's a heavy vehicle, and the front was just sitting too low in the travel all the time with the stock springs. Rear is fine as long as you add thicker oil.

My current setup:
front: Oil: 700cst (think. approx 60wt) Spring: blue 70mm axial spring.
Tried it first as it was recommended in many build threads here and it was perfect.
rear: Oil: 500 cst (think app. 40wt) Springs: 54mm white and red ones out of the hot racing front spring set, using the spring connectors i found on a part tree of my kit.
Happy so far with this setup till now. Maybe i have to go up with the Oil cause my little monster gets heavy with all the upgrades.
