Now don't take this as harsh...I'm trying to be nice here. But watching my pocket book as well as durability in my truck. Remember the stock Dogbones do work very well.

But will they be actually Alpha and Beta tested before being released only to fail and leaving us waiting for another change?

I understand that for sure and the axial stub shafts are a cheap replacement.

I think getting a greater turn radius is the point to these.

I have a RockForce on the way for testing these and other parts coming for the RockForce.

As always i promise to give an honest opinion ;)

Have you guys given any thought to running the solid shaft all the way out to the end of the stub at say 6-8mm diameter. Then where you would normally have the threaded stub with a wheel nut instead you would have an internal thread with 3-4mm hardware to secure the rim.

This gets rid of the weaker threaded end of the stub which is prone to bending or snapping.

I was running custom made versions of this design on my Clod and never broke one.

Just a thought

Can I get a set when you pick up my idea :-)

Then wheel mount depth will become an issue. Some are thicker than others, even in RC4WD's line there are variances.

what about the cross pin that holds it together. All the cvd's i have broke have been the pin. for not being big enough. If the pin is the same size as the Mip's and Axial's then there not strong enough. The stress we put on them in dig makes it the weakest link, and will fail first all the time.
