Okay so this morning took off shopping so i got some free time. i ran up Del Puerto Canyon to see what i could find. i found a small spot good for a gtg or maybe even a comp. I'm not that imaginative on finding lines sometimes, but i did find some cool stuff. there is lots of space in the area and there is probably tons more then what i found but as i said i didn't have alot of time to look. there is even a great spot for some rock racing, till we get some good rains. so with that said here are some pics. the maps are just to kind show were it is. it is about 4miles into the canyon. i have some full size ones on my photbucket that you can read. oh also in the pic the truck is never posed. in some pic you can't really see well because of the small size. Do you guys prefer lipo over nicad or nimh batteries. If so, what should I look for, such as number or cells and volts. My set up includes castle sidewinder esc, integy motor, and hitec 645 servo. Still debating whether to get 55t or 65t motor.

i don't know Castle stuff to well. what is the esc rated for? for the motor i would say the 55t, alot of people are going with 35t. I have a 45t in one of mine right now. the more cells you have for the lipo or the nimh the more volts you will have which will give you more wheel speed for a given set up. if you want to try out a 65t i have one sitting in my box. i'm thinking of going out tomorrow if you stop by we can talk in better detail. i'll be out at kohl's about 7:30 am.
