Default Hacienda Heights, City of Industry?

Moved out here like 8 months ago and am looking for some people that are into RC crawling in this area. Anybody know of some good spots out here?

Thx
Adam

you're pretty cenral to where everything happens. the socalrcrc guys often do comps and gtg's eastward, and I often plan scale gtg's west of you (malibu and vasquez rocks near palmdale).
lots of choices around here!

LOL!! me neither, before I moved out here I sold my 2.2clod and tlt for a 1/8th truggy because I thought I was going to get into nitro racing. Big mistake, cant stand the thing, so now I'm trying to sell it and buy a sweet crawler......again.

I live in Highland Park, work in Alhambra near San Gabriel/Pasadena. Only been out a few times since my buddy who bought his AX10 with me is too damn busy to go out. Been to Azusa Canyon, Eaton Canyon & other random rock piles on the side on the road or yards. I'd like to get together with a few members & just have some fun on the rocks. By no means am I a highly skilled crawler,so an official comp may not really be my thing yet. Let me know if anyone would like to make a day of it. Been wanting to get out to Palos Verdes too. Haven't been there in years but I remember there being some awesome rock formations just waiting to be conquered! -Mike

Dont know about within 10mi but RCP holds Friday night fights, which seems pretty cool. Check out http//:www.socalrcrc.com for further info. RCP is in upland and thats just down the 210 from you.

Also I herd from two dudes that your High School Football Ruls.

Took my AX10 yesterday to Azusa Canyon to try out my new MFM Black Widow chassis.Found some awesome spots near the area where the 1:1's go mudding.Gonna go out again this weekendd & take my Stampede mudbogger too.If anyone wants to meet up that would be really cool.Crawling is fun but gets a bit boring after a while by yourself.Probably gonna go Sunday & make a day of it.PM me if anyone is interested. Not far from San Dimas.I just go down Huntington Dr & go N on Azusa from where I am in Monrovia.Even quicker if you take to 210-Mike

I'll try to find some good spots this weekend. I'm down to go next weekend too.Gonna hangout,do some crawlin', have a couple brews, watch the 1:1 muddboggers, maybe try a little fishing too. Just getting out of the damn city for a bit is all I need!!

I've never gone fishing there.Usually go out to the Kern.A buddy said he goes there sometimes.Fish aren't too big,but something's better than nothing.Plus it's a hell of alot closer.
