So my Tuesday route for work is Tracy, Manteca, Sonora, Angels Camp, Modesto, Turlock and Merced.....Can anyone recommend any hobby shops to check out in any of those cities? |

Tell me what your looking for and ill tell you if Modesto Hobby has it. They have started caring more basic Proline scaler stuff but nothing out of the ordinary mainly stock shortcourse trucks and lots of Traxxas parts. Oakdale has a Hobby shop right on the main light in the middle of town i think its hwy 120 and Yosemite, not much crawler stuff there either.

Yeah Ive stopped at the Oakdale store. Last week actually went to the Sonora shop. Closed and a 4 sale sign on the door. Im not looking for anything in particular, its just a nice change of scenery. Thanks for the info though.... |

im just now getting back into rc stuff been off and on for 10 years or so i live about 25mins from sonora. ive tried anyway possible to get ahold of pure adrenaline and its no luck. it looks like they just shut up shop and walked away still looking fully stocked. i went to modesto shop there service was absolutely horrible i will take the extra hour drive to sac instead. i remember when i 1st got into this stuff i had a hobby shop in town and alot of times i was in there more then once a day
