how about places to crawl at my own covenience, to get some practice in. me and a few buddies usally go to the fast track comps, but we would like to get some more stick time and with our school schedules and limited funds paying 10$ for practice time starts to add up. so any local places to do some crawling for free?

are you talking about the "shad pad"? if you are, ummm I tend to avoid going down there as some people dont think "my kind" are welcome if you know what I mean... Plus I dont have a 4x4 anymnore either. kinda far to walk and the 'ol accord will just get stuck

there's a few places in auburn along the american river. where hwy 49 crosses the river there's parking and plenty of places to crawl up and down the river in the area at least when the water's down can be kinda effy during the snow run off season
