Alright folks, it's been a little while!! Miss me? I sure missed YOU!!!

I have been DOWN AND OUT for about a month now, due to someone giving me a 2S lipo (thanks wsmb), and me figuring out that my heavy-ass rig does WICKED wheelies, and totaling the gears in my trans... I have since then ordered Robinson Racing gears, and they are in the mail! I also have received my Warn winch (no controller yet).

But either way, I am going to be going out the weekend of the 28th! Just looking where to go. Ideas?

Marina Del Rey is just 5 min from my house, so that's ALWAYS an option. I'm betting Vazques is hotter then a **** right now. Hanson Dam wasn't anything to special, and kind of small, GREAT TRACTION!! (its all rocks in poured concrete, but with a few people it could be fun). I haven't been to "The Falls" or Corona Del Mar..

Thoughts anyone??

fakejk, what time are you showing up? CrawlSD and one of his friends were going to leave early, so we were going to meet at 9. But he had something come up so he cant make it, and there is no word from his buddy. Maybe we make it a 9:30 call time with a 10 o'clock departure? I'm also waiting to hear back from the Hostile RC Crawlers group guys. It might just be the 3 of us. I'm bringing the GoPro either way. I'v REALLY be itching to get out on the trails! It's been almost 2 months for me!! I also have done a bit of work to the Jeep. (Racks, bumpers, winches....) You don't happen to have a wireless winch controller for the Warn winch do you?

iluvdirt, if you can make it to Santa Monica/Venice, you can catch a ride with me.. I plan on leaving here around 8:15-8:30am, you can park in my underground parking lot where I park my car for free. I plan on leaving Vasquez between 2-4 depending on my battery situation.
