OK here is a pic of one of the Beta-B (Weezey) prototype Jefferson.

Just a few things about the Jefferson.

The Jefferson is designed to run wideners. The one in the pic (beta-b) has inetrc wideners (total 1 1/2" wider) with narrowed HPI Split 5 standard offset rims and the not pictured beta-a (George) is running blackfoot axles in front (total 5/8" wider) with narrowed HPI SS Monster fronts? (the deep dish ones). G-made wideners will work with the chassis also.

Both the Jefferson A and B are running bullet packs (for stability) but you can run a standard pack over the front servo if needed. (yes I'm running 4 cells. 6 will fit fine.)

Any more pics? Im interested in it because I like its wider stance, and I assume it has a laydown tranny design that fits within the side plates? Thanks

are you still using the kitchen knives and sand paper to make these?
Also, are you using the home made sand paper, with the fly paper and aluminum shavings?
I'll take one if you are still using this orginal method.

Yeah the trany fits between the the side plates. I'll get some more pics up soon. We have a comp tomorrow so it will be after that at least.

Yes i am. BUT I did get that new Guinsu I have had my eye on for quite some time now... cuts like a hot knife through buddah. Oh and I swithced from aluminum shavings to used kitty litter works awsome. You get the grit from the litter and lubrication from the cat turds... it's like wet sanding... almost.

Hmmmm......
It sounds good but I'll wait until the first batch comes out to hear what others say about this new method. I'm a traditionalist.

Got my chassis today Very nice, well built and solid chassis. Detailed instructions.

I can't wait to build it and stomp on Kenn and Jeff in January! haha

I highly recommend this chassis to everyone! Way better than Benders
