SNG Droop Chassis for AX10 - Silver

This is the SNG Droop Chassis for the AX10 rock crawler. It all starts with the SNG Chassis Plate. Our plates are CNC machined from 1/8 inch 6061 aluminum plate. The combination of material and size yield a lightweight yet super strong chassis that does not flex or yield crossing hard to pass obstacles. This sets it aside from 90% of the chassis on the market including the stock chassis as well.

The SNG Droop “shafty” chassis is built on our proven Double Reverse Triangulation Skid plate (SC-022). Our DRT Skid Plate is CNC machined from Delrin plate & when coupled with this chassis nearly all noticeable torque twist is removed. You can power through tough spots without dealing with common shafty problems like chassis twist and rear steer.

This chassis is intended to be run as a droop chassis using the Stock AX10 Shocks. Included in the kit are a full set of EEM SC-024 Heavy Droop Springs.

In the most common droop setting this chassis delivers 2 ¾ inch belly height when sitting on HB Rovers. That’s 2 ¾ minimum clearance, as the suspension unfolds you actually gain even more. Of course it can be adjusted lower or higher from there depending on your driving needs and style.

For those drivers who do not want to run droop, builds using Maxx shocks and other shorter than stock have been done with much success.

Standard AX10 lower links have proven to work very well with this chassis. However you may need to change out your upper links to get the performance you want. On our test truck we ran links that were 80.5 mm for 3 link.
