What is the width between the frame rails at the transmission/motor mount, I am curious if the RC4WD R2 tranny would bolt in place.

I received my chassis yesterday and it looks great. The RC4WD R2 tranny won't fit unless the inside of the shock towers have some material removed.

I got a questions for Generis I got 2 questions for you about the 21'' 4 Ten Chassis 1. what is the wheel base of the 21'' chassis I have a 1:6 Scale Humvee body that is 21 3/4 long and need a chassis that I can get a 16 1/4'' wheel base out of, cause 16 1/4'' is center of the front and rear wheel wells 2. do they make Axial AR60 or the Wraith axles leaf spring mounts or is it possible to have a set of 4 made I want to use the Wraith axles cause the Humvee body is 10 1/4 '' wide and the Wraith axles with 2.2'' wheels and tires and with .475 SLW hubs are the perfect width for the Humvee body I would really like to know the wheel base of the 21'' 4 Ten chassis thank you Last edited by kgb424; 01-20-2016 at 12:38 AM. |

Hello, This item has been discontinued and replaced with our new CMAX chassis, available early in 2016. Check this link here: >>CMAX CHASSIS LINK<< The rail is 19 inches long on the new chassis. Thanks |

that does not answer any of my questions I'm looking for chassis with a 16 1/4'' wheel base and you telling me you got a new chassis with even less information then the 21'' 4 ten chassis Is not helping me at all and why would a wait for new chassis that you can not even show pictures of yet, and there is no wheel base information Just like there is no information on the 21" 4 Ten chassis That's why I asked you in the first place So again how does this help me If you can't answer the questions then just say so not refer me to a product that is not even available with no information at all Last edited by kgb424; 01-20-2016 at 04:28 PM. |

So the width between leaf mounts on the RC4WD D35 & K44 Axles are about 80mm or roughly 3.1" apart....would I be able to use these axles on the CMAX chassis without mounting the brackets on the outside of the chassis? Am I stuck using an RC4WD chassis for these axles or fabbing my own to get a setup where I can just use the brackets mounted normally rather than on the outside of the rails? Thanks | |

Our CMAX chassis uses RC4wd axles and our outside-the-rail leaf mounts. It works great, and we have tons of setup and wheelbase adjustments. There's no under-frame option for leaf mounting. The frame width on our CMAX is likely the most narrow of any of the options, and it's compatible with a ton of axle options and body setups, along with having a full scale driveline under the truck. I have seen a TON of trucks with leaf mounts outside the rails in the 1:1 size.

I need this truck already. I missed out on a single=liink coil=over suspension custom Unimog on a sale thread and haven't the place to fabricate anything without ruining my rentals carpet, so buying is my only option, albeit the best one.

Hi, We will release a brand new chassis and suspension and axle setup in only a few weeks now, and your Mog will have a perfect home to live on! The 4TEN as you know it in this thread has been discontinued.
