| XR10 Titanium Suspension Links XR10 Titanium Links These Titanium Links are a direct replacement for the Stock XR-10 Chassis. The benefits of titanium besides the awesome look is they are extremely strong and super light weight. They are designed to use the stock rod ends because they have a slight bend and come in 2 different lengths but you can also use any 4mm rod End. Modifying stock rod ends to accommodate 4mm is simple and can be done in only minutes with a 9/64" drill bit (other similar sizes may work, but I found this one to be the best for strength and thread engagement). With the xr10's included 2 sizes of rod ends it allows the tuning ability to get your wheel base right at 12.5" and have your motor angles to your liking. Specs: 3/16" Grade 5 Titanium 4mm threaded ends All four Uppers will have low clearance bends and will be a longer length than the lowers to raise the motor angles. (More or less motor angle can be achieved by using the longer or shorter Rod Ends) The front lowers will now have double low clearance bends similar to the rear. As per popular demand. The rear lowers will have 2 bends for maximum clearance Weight: Each link weighs only 9 Grams or .30 Oz and a full set of 8 Weighs 2.6 oz. Our Recommendation of what XR10 Rod Ends to use: All 4 front links use the same rod ends as stock, Front uppers use the short ones Front lowers use the long bent one at the chassis and the long straight one at the axle. The rears you will use 2 long bent and 2 short bent on both the uppers and lowers! This moves your rear motor up and out of harms way. Click Here To Purchase NOW!! or see more pics.... |
