his puter must have pooped out while loading the pics or something.

The 30 series on prolineracing.com do look to be a promising tread. Hopefully the 2.2 will rock as well.

Take a look at the Series 30's first.

The 2.2 Badlands is the same height as the 2.2 Moabs.

Why would anyone want a 2.2 tire to be larger than 5 inches anyway. Hell....the Losi's are under 5 inches and are plenty big. If you go taller than 5 inches, the wheel base of a 2.2 comp rig will need to be lengthened. There is no need to go to 5.25 or 5.5 like some are asking.

Clod bases 2.2 rigs need the larger tires for axle clearance.

I wouldn't write off the 5 inch Badlands, I loved my Badland mutant tires I ran last season.

EXACTLY!!

It's all these noobs that have no idea what they're talking about or people with clods. Face it, Clods suck and won't be any more competitive with a new taller tire. 5" is the tallest you want for a 2.2 comp rig, any taller and you just raise the cog too much and end up being worse off. Do you ever see the top 2.2 guys asking for a 5.5" tall tire? NO!!! Think about it people! Those guys are winning for a reason.

Sure is a shame they don't make those 30 series wheels to fit the electric Rustler/Stampede. A set of those 30 series Badlands and Wabash wheels would look damn nice on a VXL Rustler.

I figured they'd be a stadium-truck tire, 4 inch OD. Way to go Pro-Line!

For your area, your opinion counts. Every area around the country is different, and if we want to use bigger tires and clods and they work for us, we have a right to be disappointed in the size of the tires everyone else is using.

I would love to run a Proline tire on my rock racer but with a 14" wb I need a 5.5" tall tire.

I love my Maxx size Badlands, hopefully the 2.2 Badlands will be just as good or better.
