I think Alberta was the coldest spot in North America over the last couple of days. Monday was about -47C with the wind, today it was -54C in Edmonton with the wind. Yeah, we're used to the cold in winter, but it's all the talk around the province right now (hey, we're easily amused!). It really is downright dangerous outside right now. I'm hoping we get an early spring for our suffering (yeah, right!).

Yup that's killer cold run out of gas and it could kill you fast. I used to live near Embaras Minnesota and it was often well below zero setting many staet records but you guys are scary cold. Take care stay near the fire.

Colorado is clearly the right compromise. Sunday was 60 and gorgeous, last night it tried to snow but didn't stick. Today it was windy, but not too bad. Weather report says it might snow tomorrow, but I'm not holding out for anything of substance. Summers are warm but not too bad. This is the best spot in the country far as I'm concerned.
