Default the Wombat and the Owl - setup test pics Fort Collins

Good day out to test the new setups. Testing ground today was Sunrise Bay at Horsetooth reservoir, same location as last years winter comp up here. Skippy aka SRC fabbed both of the chassis. This is just a picture thread with some good tumbles. Despite several falls from 10' up, no breakage.

The Wallface:

This obstacle is a 10+ foot tall solid face that is STEEP. There are several doable lines up, but care must be taken to be smooth or you will tumble. The suck wench comes in handy to keep the front end down. Getting down is another story. After 10 or so attempts, we gave up for the day before something broke. The trouble is that you need to get on the throttle just a little to keep from going a$$ and over, but you have to stop before the bottom. I am going to reduce the drag brake to reduce the sudden stop effect and try again. On to pics
