| need help designing a new work space
im getting ready to move into a new house and my dad is letting me use 1/3 of the garage as my work space for my rc stuff the space is 22'x10' 6" and I need help laying it out here is what I want in it A small paint booth for paint rc bodies some like the paasche one alleast an 8' long work bench and maybe a small indoor crawling area!! please post your design and suggestion on what I should put in my rc work shop!! |

any suggestions would be nice, of things to accomidate!! I figure I only have about $3500 to spend building my work space!!

My current workspace is about 1/3 of the size that you have to work with so planning and usage of space is important!! Racking with shelves for all your rc's and parts boxes is nice. I dont like having everything stored in cabinets, its easier to access everything. Also make sure you have plenty of clean space/work benches. 22' would be enough Do you have any large tools? Drill press? sander/girnder? Welding equipment? Put all that stuff on one side of the garage that is easy to clean up debris and not stuck in a corner. A rolling bench is nice for that purpose. |
