Google is your best friend http://www.convertunits.com/from/inches/to/mm All sites are showing 19.05mm (3/4) in = 19.05 millimeters

Converting mm to inches, divide the mm known by 25.4

Example 23mm = .9055

23 / 25.4 = .9055

Do the opposite for converting inches to mm, multiply the inches known by 25.4

Example 1 1/2 inches = 38.1mm

1.5 x 25.4 = 38.1
