Ok here it is now easter. We just got done with christmas. Now we are starting the trend again. When will these fictional people start putting their own gifts together. I'm tired of doing their work. I just put together a bike and hid eggs. Where is that bunny . |

Nobody told you? There is no Easter Bunny.... The other day my Daughter told all the younger kids in the neighborhood that the Easter bunny and the tooth ferry were not real. That didn't sit too well with some of the other parents  But we have never lied to our kid if she asks us a direct question we tell her the truth... She asked us if we put money under her pillow for her teeth and we asked if she wanted the truth, she said yes and we told her the truth. A few days later she asked if the Easter bunny was real, and we said the same thing. We did tell her not to share that with the smaller kids but you know how kids like to blab secrets! Oh well they will get over it. |

I always thought it was funny that parents lied to their kids about Santa, Easter Bunny, etc. My two girls are only 3 months old so I don't have to worry about that stuff yet.
