Order staus said cancelled. I ordered it at 2 am today. No way he shipped that quick right? I think he cancelled my order maybe and gonna refund my money. if so i'm gonna be pissed. He is the only one i can find that has the repop bruiser rubber gromets that i need to mount my tranny. It looks like thats what he may have done. Why have a site if your not gonna fullfill orders?

I'm not paying 50 bucks to call him. It's on his site and it's not an 800 number

if you cant get those from him then try www.bruiserbuilder.com. although Forrest over on that sight recommends rc4wd.com for parts but maybe he can get ahold of hua. and if anything he might have the parts u want

Already asked him if he had any he said he didn't. But I may have to email him and ask how to talk to hua directly. It could just be a mistake on hua's part and maybe he ment to put the status as shipped but hit the wrong button. The link does lead to a package with a confrimation number saying it was shipped today.

Good luck with all this RC4WD stuff. We actually stopped selling to him quite awhile back. Took forever to get any answers from him via e-mail, paying for products ordered took forever, etc. Lot of people quit buying through him, some have had no trouble at all. Keep us posted and hope it works out.

In the last year,RC4WD has had countless of complaints from members not receiving items and sometimes receiving the wrong crap.

He eventually started handidng out trac gears like they were candy whenever anyone had a complaint.

week after week it was excuse after excuse as to why orders were getting screwed up.He eventually stopped answering post and vanished from RCMT,RC jims and ClodTalk

at one time, every single post on RC4WDs front page on RCMT were complaints which Hua eventually deleted thus making him look like a stand up seller...Hua deleted roughly 5 months of complaints and Bashing post.

Like RcAlloys mentioned,he and a few fabricators stopped selling to him because of unpaid bills. THATS WHY when you order an item from HUA,chances are that he doesnt even carry it in stock.

Know what I've always done when I need to get in contact with someone that owns a website?

I go to register.com and do a whois query.

Can get contact info that way...email and phone #.
