i figured this was the place to ask

i am shipping an r/c touring car to Canada ... i printed the labels thru paypal .. it printed 2 pages with 2 labels on each page.

how do i attach them . which ones go in the 2976E envelope ...

they are numbered at the bottom #1 - customs declaration -,, #2 the printer cut it off "don't know what it said at the very bottom"

#3 dispatch note " does this go in the evelope ? " ,, #4 same as #2 printer cut it off at that point.

and do i sign them all at the bottom ???

any help is greatly appreciated

Sign and date 1,2 and 3 those go in the envelope the other copy #4 you keep for your records.
