I have been to this sea...and IMO that wouldn't have been the way I described it. :-PA couple buddies and I on the way back from Cali stopped off to check out the Salton. We arrived in Salton City unaware that we just happened to show on the day of their Salton City Parade festivities...and we proceeded to become the lead vehicle in the parade just by good timing. We almost convinced one of the guys with us that the water had so much salt in it that you could walk on it. He didn't believe us and almost tried it until we just started laughing and he realized we were messin with him.  |
