Go with the HV maxx set up. If it can push 10lbs of E-MAXX to over 40, your 10T should fly.

I've been working on a nice Hacker system for a while now... a C50 7XL With 1,000+ watts on tap, 60mph should come easy. ;) |

Going in a lil' project I'm building. ;) I'm basically designing the truck around this tranny/motor. Why the 7XL? 'Cause when I called Hacker this wasn't even in production. ;) I told them what I was doing and they made a motor to fit my needs. I've had this for quite some time. Never know, I may call'm up and swap it out for the 6XL. |

The motor case is 75mm long, they're a hair over 43mm in diameter, the output shaft is 5mm, and the motor weighs 1lb. This isn't a baby stadium truck motor. |

I am going to order the xl5000 - http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...cxl5000&cat=35 and mgm 120 - http://www.rc-monster.com/products.php?cat=21. I was looking at the controller selection and saw this one above the 120 its the more powerful 160 - http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...3sHCS01&cat=21. Should I spend the $45 and get the 160 or just get the 120? | |
