Cool! I have seen a few of those before (conductors and newtonian fluid) and in college, worked in a reasearch lab that made and sold the CNTs...

Cool stuff. I think that Ferrofluid stuff is what Audi fills the shocks of their R8 with so they can put an electrical charge to the shock body and instantly stiffen up the suspension. |

Damn, that's cool as shit.. I love science and all it's capable of, but at the same time, I'm sure it will be our ultimate demise one day... Like those scientists in Europe a year or two back that created anti-matter or whatever it was that theoretically could cause a void that could (in theory again) suck the entire world in. How would that have been for the mother of failed experiments??? I'm not big on the apocalypse or doomsday kinda stuff, but the whole idea just kind of bothered me. In essence, those guys that did whatever it was... They deserve the Darwin Award for all mankind, for eternity... |

http://public.web.cern.ch/public/ They aren't sure exactly what it'll do, only theorize. If they get the data they think they'll get, it'll be the end of our energy issues for pretty much forever. Or, like you say, it could wipe out existance, which would also solve our energy problems. | |
