| Newest phone purchases?
I just switched from a Palm Centro on AT&T to a Blackberry Storm 2 on Verizon. WOW, I love this phone! I looked at the Droid and almost picked one up. The Droid is sexy and the Browser is fast as hell, but I just couldn't pass up 2 free Blackberry phones. Along w/ my Storm 2, my wife picked up a Curve and seems to really be happy with it. Anyone else have the Storm 2? Any hot tips or things to be wary of? |

Hey I have the curve and found this website very helpful www.crackberry.com They have forums for all the phones, ringtones, wallpapers and anything else you can think of. I love the curve I'm a big a$$ dude and obviously have big a$$ hands as well so anything touchscreen is a PITA so the curve it was. Good luck with the new phones. |

I got the motorola droid and absolutely love it. Much better than the HTCs that I've had before. Iphone...forget it. The droid wins hands down.

I have the orange curve and love it. I went from a pos Centro and they're not even in the same league. Blackberry really builds a quality phone, the centro was just a toy. My big thing with the Centro was the lack of any customization. Yeah you could download themes and little crap here and there, but it was always a pita and I never felt like messing with it. The Curve came straight out of the box able to change pretty much anything I wanted on it. I got on crackberry.com and got ahold of a couple different themes I like, but the iberry is the best to me. I started to get something like an iphone back when I was considering purchasing a new phone, but I'm just not a fan of the touch screens, so I went with the Curve and have been extremely happy.

My and muy wife have the curve 8330. Best phone I have ever used! I can run most of my business off of this phone. Heck, that is what I am on now! I looked at the storm 2 but don't know. Now all we need is a RCC app for the Blackberrys! -Jason |

I just got the Blackberry Curve 8900 because I missed my old Palm PDA, and wanted a smartphone. One thing I loved about the Palm was the desktop interface with my PC. The Blackberry will sync with Outlook, but I don't use Outlook at home. I'm beginning to like the Blackberry more and more, but my 7 year old Palm beats it hands down in PDA functions. I would have thought RIM could have improved on a device I owned almost a decade ago.

Honestly, you should have just got the Storm1, Its basically the same, and with the addition of the 5.0 software, Both of the phones would operate the same, The Software on the version 1 phone is what everyone hated. I had a Storm right before the Droid came out and I thought about the Storm 2 but it wasn't any different than what I had before. The Storm 1 is a bit cheaper than the 2 also! But its your call, I would have saved myself the dough! |

| The Razor is old now by phone standards! I have one just laying around. I have the Instinct and love it! I think me and my business partner are going to buy the Droid as our X-Mas bonus to ourselves I also have a I-Phone that I use for movies, music, and web.

| Actually, I was looking pretty hard at the smart phones and loved them, I just couldn't justify the added monthly expense to make them work. You should have seen the guy at the AT&T store when I asked if they offered a pay-as-you-go plan for the iphone... |

I have the HTC Droid Eris. Awesome phone and can do pretty much everything I need it to do. The only issue i have found is if you are in a brick building. signal sucks! I think CHUD can testify to that from tonights conversation. |

I'm still with a razr, I just can't justify the data scams. I'd love to have one for work, but they woln't pay for one.

I love the droid im currently typing on, I needed a physical keyboard, the touch screens are nice but I can't type nearly as fast on one. While the data plans are not cheap I'm using it every day so it is worth it to me. |
