| Evo X
Anyone with any Evo X, what has been your experience with the warranty? I would like to throw on a decent cat-back exhaust and other bolt-ons to open up a little more power. I here they are strict on it. Just wondering what others have experienced.

Wife got me an EVO X for xmas. I have been looking at parts for it also. I didn't know they were that "strict." I will be watching this thread for answers. I'm ready to order a down pipe, high flow cat, cat back exhaust a cobb reprogramer and a high flow intake.

I was told by a friend that they look through autocross results for owners racing them and cancel there warranty. But who knows? I was thinking of stopping by the dealership and seeing what they say. 291hp is good but i would likeat least 350hp.

Easy: Step 1: Buy exhaust Step 2: Install exhaust Step 3: When warranty work needs to be done, put the stock system back on I can speak very highly of Cobb products. Ran full exhaust and an Accessport on my WRX for many trouble-free years. |

| So the 10 Jim Smith's that own Evo Xs are going to have their warranty revoked? Paranoia is a killer.

I would just call the dealership and ask them.
