Default It's coming....

www.holmeshobbies.com

I will have updates as the days progress. Look out for a killer 2.2 moab/ rim combo in the next few days...

I still havent decided on the colors though. 999999 is a good background I think, but black is nice too.

Congrats JRH.

The rest of the RC hobby is only slowly comming around to service our little niche, so it's nice to see some of our own stepping up for the benefit of the community.

I was a little hesitant to step into the brushless arena, but I've been wanting to for awhile. Knowing that people like you are around and testing all this stuff, and then will be around to answer any questions that I might have, in the actual application I am using it for is great. I don't imagine I'd get too much help from a plane guy trying to find out why the new outrunner I just bought from him didn't work well in my crawler.

If you need any help on that site, I would certainly be more than happy to help out. I need to some more stuff for my portfolio. And just so you know, I'm not some 15 year old who just learned photoshop and frontpage and now call myself a web designer. I actually do it for a living ;)

Man, all kinds of people are coming out of the woodwork to help me! This really is a great community, and I appriciate the offers. Im havent had much time to get it set up yet, and I still havent gotten quickbooks figured out yet. I just want my site to be easy to navigate so that anybody can find what they need with just a few clicks. I hate the setup of tower hobbies. Too hard to wade through and find what I need.

That is my plan K Willis. I started the biz with two goals in mind, to bring as much current technology into the hobby, and to inform as many people about the details as possible. Honestly, I just wanted more products for us crawlers! I cant wait for castle to produce the encapsulated recievers in ground frequency. 4 channels, tiny, and cheap. Right now I am trying to get them to release a small voltage reg that will take at least 5 amps continuous. They havent given me a solid answer, but I bet it will happen within a year or so after they move to the larger warehouse.

It makes me all giggly and stuff just thinking about it!

Thanks for the kind words guys. I can't wait to get things up and running full force.

Two snags...

my bizness computer crapped a backlight. Brand new, has all my inventory lists, accounting, website files, programs, etc. I will have to start from scratch or try to shine a light on the screen and download files to another computer. sucks! brand new!!

My uncle just passed sunday night. Im in North GA visiting family and giving last respects. It will be a bit before I get back to the real world. It was too soon for him. He was only 60. Southern cooking got him in the end.

Ill be around.
