Default how to compress pics even more so ??$?

I was wondering how does one compress files down to allowable sizes ex. 97.7kb my pics are already at or around 107+/-kb this is lowest setting on my camera ...damn any help or suggestions. Maybe some sort of photo software?.

Just upload 'em to Photobucket and don't worry about how big they are

Photo editing software is one way...a good free software is Gimp. Websites like tinypic.com allow you to resize a pic when you upload it, but they don't have big albums like photobucket that I'm aware of.

VSO Image resizer... just started using it and it's super easy! even the free version!
