This is possibly the slowest-loading website ever, but I think that's one awesome looking car! 599hp isn't bad either... http://firebreathercar.com/ |

I was waiting for someone to do this. Be nice if they used the snowflake wheels from the Year One Bandit car. I wish GM would make a "True Blood" TA or FBird.

That thing is an abomination.... It looks like a REALLY UGLY Camaro now. Nothing at all like a throwback car. IMO, Dodge was the only one who has gotten it right with the throwback to the Challenger. Still to this day, when I see one, I have to take a doubletake to see if its a new one or an OG. This one looks better though. Or even this one, This was my baby. I miss her. I like the white one better. The Pontiac inspired scoop just doesn't go with the Cowl Induction hood.

Oh, and I agree about the "Firebreather" being an abomination. The front looks like it's out of a comic book, and the side looks too much like a '03 mustang.

| or What one looks more "bloated"?? or OR Its clearly obvious that the Camaro does slightly resemble the old 69 body style. But is no where as close to the original as the Challenger. That is all. \ |

The 2011 Dodge Challenger will continue with V-6 and Hemi V-8 engines, though more powerful versions of both could be afoot as Dodge responds to new threats from the Chevrolet Camaro and 2011 Ford Mustang. Unchanged will be the 2011 Challenger’s role as the largest and heaviest mount among these classic American sport coupes -- a standing that makes it the roomiest pony car, but also the least agile. Like I said, the Challenger looks bloated and it's perforance matches it's looks. That is all. Last edited by dezfan; 08-08-2010 at 01:26 PM. |

anyone know if the "new" new mustang has IRS? I like that one the best of all these "we've all run out of ideas on new cars so lets bring back some shit we did 40 years ago that was cool" cars. |

New Stangs are pretty nice, but still solid axle.

I've always been a Chevy guy, but if I was going to buy one of the 3, it wouldn't be the Camaro. If I wanted a touring/muscle car, I'd go Challenger. If I wanted actual performance, then I'd go Mustang.

The problem with that "F" body thing, is that you have taken a retro 1st generation design, and then it seems tossed in things from the 2nd, 3rd, maybe even 4th generation. Heading toward ricey/ghetto again.
