wondering if something could be turned down....  the left side of this part, only before the collar. It is designed to fit inside a 1" bar, I need it to fit inside a 7/8" bar- doesn't seem like much but with the "locking" part of it I do not know if it can be done. Doesn't have to be pretty, just has to fit and tighten. more photos of the part here... http://www.nashmotorcycle.com/index....stickythrottle figured somebody here would know.... p!nK |

Yes it can be done. The long piece is ez,just grab the other end in a chuck and turn it.The wedge piece would require a simple fixture.You could probly get away with putting it on a bolt with a nut and dialing in the O.D. in a 4 jaw to turn it.There is more than one way it can be done.
