I was wondering the same thing,I assume one person stays there,or maybe now that they have the keys to the locks, they own the home?

I wonder how insurance works there,if they damage, burn down the home would it be covered?

I also wonder this, how does theft of person belongings work, squaters right shouldnt cover things like personl identification, information like bank accout #'s left in the safe, or personal filr cabinet.
Or personal pictures of family still hanging on the wall?

This guy messed up when he went to authorities and got the media involved.

Its obvious by the looks of him that he's a panzy, but he does have money. Im sure he could have hired someone to quietly fix the problem....
