| Motivation...
So I have been working the same job for 5 years. I do the same things, practically every single day. Every year i kinda slump in sales from Oct. - January I have started to do things in a different order, and i am working on a brand new sales script. For those of you doin the same damn thing every single day... what to you do to keep the monotonous taskas at bay? |

My job keeps getting shorter Im now furloughed 2 days a week and its starting to wear on me some, the bank account is dropping fast. I spend my free time or multitasked time on RCC to help keep some semblance of sanity. |

| This hobby. I work outside and take my crawler to work with me. When the need calls for it, I get it out and start wheelin'. Really relieves the stress!

For the last few weeks we have been so slow at work we have resorted to pulling abandoned cables (cat 5 cat 3 real old stuff for as400 ect..) from the ceilings. Today I had no motavation or energy for the job, up the ladder, remove ceiling tile, pull cables, move ladder, repeat. Then we found a 500 pair phone trunk line that was abandonded, a little different climb ladder, cut cable (gotta love sawzall's) repeat. still got boreing real quick. Then I took a smoke break, I called the local metals recycleing place and found out the price of sheathed copper wire is $1.80 a pound (as contractors we can take the removed materials) there is my motavation. We pulled 280 pounds out today, that's $252.00 extra in my pocket (have to split it with my partner). The best part is we still get payed to do the work.
