| All I can say is WOW , RCC Member story
On the 6th of this month a accidentaly sent a package to the wrong address , the buyer has been very patient and has kept good positive contact with me . I knew for a fact that I mailed the package off but due to the holidays it was taking a while we both understood that . Well ten days later I get a call from Turmoil about trading for some stuff I had for sale and he says by the way I think I have your tires . Holy Hanna , I sent them to the wroing address and he was gracious enough to not only tell me but offer to ship them to the person they were intended for . Im just glad to see there are still some honest people left . Thanks again to Turmoil for your honesty and Gapjr for your patience.

This also happened to us. I had got the plates mixed up in 2 of the envelopes. They both contacted each other and shipped them. That was really cool! |

I'm actually not suprised that happened on this board. MOST here have some form of ethics and honor if you will to do the right thing. Too many other boards I"ve been on would not be as lucky, infact it would probably be a miracle.

Lucky, without a doubt. But like Krakker said, I would expect that from most people on RCC.

i can totally see this happening as when I sell stuff, it is not uncommon to package 3+ packages and put addresses on them. Ship them out the same day too haha.

That's cool! I had a similar experience with a member on here named Timmy85. I forgot what I sold him but somehow a set of Bonus Line lockers that I sold to someone else fell into his box. I sent him a PM asking to check for them when he got the box (I wasn't sure that they were in his box). Now I figured there was a 50/50 chance of me getting those lockers to where they needed to be due to them being so rare and me not knowing Timmy. He sure showed me wrong because he called me up as soon as he got his box and said ,"I have them". I then sent over some money and he shipped them out asap. whew! |

Awhile back I got a surprise package that I wasn't planning on and managed to piece it together who sent it. I pm'd him and he sent me the shipping and I got it back out. It's sad that their are people that take advantage of these situations.

Turmoil is a great guy, honest and helpful. I am glad he is part of the club I belong to. I would hope that his actions would not be the exception but a standard here. |
