Default 1991 1/2-ton Suburban

I recently came across this suburban in what I would say excellent condition. The body is straight with no visible rust but there are a few small areas on the hood and roof where the clear coat is peeling. The undercarriage is fairly clean. It was originally an Arizona car but spent the last 3 yrs in Alaska. The interior is immaculate except for a few tiny carpet stains. It still has the original 350 with 200k miles, the 700r4 tranny was rebuilt 5k miles ago, 4 inch lift, and factory sized tires. Im not sure what gears are the the axles. He is only asking $2200 which I think is a fair deal. What should I look out for? Im not worried about the engine much as an LQ9 will be in the future.
