| RedNeck bread sticks
Yes, redneck all the way. I was sitting at home and my daughter wanted bread sticks. We didnt have any. Well, I grabbed some bread and put it in the toaster. While letting the bread brown, I preheated the oven to 350. Pop them out of the toaster and put some butter on them. Then add some seasoned salt on top of the butter. Grabbed a cook sheet and put them on that. Next I added some colby jack shreaded cheese. Put them bitches in the oven for about 7minutes or till the cheese is melts. Boom, put them on a plate and gave them to my daughter. I grabbed a piece and tryed it. Damn they taste awsome, so was born the RedNeck Breadsticks. |

I know, my daughter was excited and calls them breadsticks and I thought she had something there. So I said they were redneck breadsticks.

Actually, that is one that I made on a long backpacking trip I took......in New Mexico. Biscuit dough, ketchup, squeeze cheese and slim jims all cooked in a dutch oven. After 100+ miles of hiking, that was the best damn pizza we had ever had! |

Next time add garlic. I also don't toast first, but I use the Broiler not the oven. |
