Default Taco dinner time

Crock-pot chicken tacos

1lbs boneless chicken breast
2- roasted salsa
1- taco seasoning

Put the chicken in, sprinkle taco seasoning, add salsa last. Set on low for 6-8 hours.. add sour cream when done and mix it all up.

I added more sour cream, pico, cheese with lime chips

btw weve tried those lime chips on a few occations. i cant decide if i like them or not.

on a side note our favorite salsa is the "Texas Texas" brand. they have two different verietys. restaurant and premium. both amazing. but my guess is you use that longhorn salsa lol. ironically we had that brand with our dinner tonight.

whens the next batch?!

One of my favorites:

3-4b Roast
Potatoes
2 Bottles Shiner Bock
Salt and Pepper
Onion
Garlic

Put on low for 8-10 hours,

When done mix around for instant stew.

Next one:

1-1/5 lbs Frozen chicken breasts
Two cans seasoned black beans
one 16 oz sour cream
2 packages of cram cheese
Tony's seasoning

cook on low 4-6 hours

Chili:

3-6lbs coarse ground deer/venison (maybe add a little pork or beef fat if meat too lean)
mexican chili powder
garlic
salt

cook low for 6-8 hours, best about 3 days later with some home made tamales

and now I have to try the taco dinner one for sure!
