I have 2 mountaineers, 1 Bruiser, 1 Jeep Bruiser and a secret squirel and NO I would not call this the new Bruiser.... I am though very happy about this truck, and have 2 on pre order already. I think this is about as close as we are going to get to a vintage 3 speed replica.

Just to update.................I WILL buy your unwanted Ford body (for a decent price) if you don't want it when you get your rig.

Thanks

A bit late, but those rims are the same as the Tamiya Isuzu Mu type X, so it 2.2 tires should fit. Honestly, I think they should come out with a ton of different bodies for it, like a early 80s Toyota pickup, the current one, something for Chevy fans, and a CJ-8 or something. Anyhow it's still a sweet truck.

Multiple bodies will help sales though I'm sure the Ford body won't hold back anyone from buying this kit no matter the level of hate for Ford. Would love to see Tamiya do the new FJ Cruiser.

http://www.geocities.jp/hobbyshows/j...uoka/rc/02.htm

If you look at the Yen price for the F350, it converts to $359

Also looks like an availability date of 6/24/06 for Japan.

I intend to head to the LHS this weekend to see if I can pre order there. I used to have a Blazin Blazer, and now I feel so stupid for trading it for an RC10t
