| First time lapse video...
I haven't used my old GoPro camera(non-HD version) in over a year, Nov 2009 was the last time. My brother in-law picked up a HD one for capturing a time lapse of his construction site for a video he wants to make and that caused me to dig out my old camera. I want to do more time lapse! Too much fun. Really hard to imagine the final product since everything goes by so slow in real life. Watch it in 480 since that's the highest from this camera! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7yJ0rpQgKVc |

That was cool as you drove through the snow line! I know what you mean about the non HD GoPro not being used, mine hasn't been touched since I got the Kodak Playsport for xmas.

Does the GoPro capture these images, stitch it together internally, and export it as a video? Or does it capture the images and export them as individual .JPEGs and you had to stitch it together with some form of movie software? I have read that the GoPro's have a time-lapse function, but I have never read anything on how it exports the file(s), seeing as how it is primarily a camcorder. Cool video and nice song selection. Cheers, Kyle |

The GoPro snapped an image every 2 seconds. I took the 930 images and tossed them into Final Cut. I made each image last for 3 frames, or 10 images per second since I allowed 30 frames per second. Then exported it as a .mov file. Took me longer to find a song than to setup the images/video.

Ive tried this a couple times with mine driving up the 5 fwy in the heart of California. Talk about a video that is boring as shit. Cows, 2 lane hwy and trucks. I need a better mountain drive to make a semi exciting video. |

Similar to this video I did back in 2009, but shoot it as a time lapse rather than video.

Toyo, what editing software are you using for a .MOV file?

Yeah, and there wasn't enough texting while driving happening there. Or being on the phone. Seems kinda fake now that I've watched it four times. |

| I'll get a cramp with two hands. I was trying to pick music but there's nothing on the radio in the middle of BFE. My special account expired last month on Vimeo, I keep forgetting to renew it. Thus I used YouTube. Quote:
Nope. Many crotch adjustments though. One of those trips where no matter what I did, my junk wasn't comfortable. Yeah.... whatever!
