Cutting holes in walls to get VERY large people out of their home with medical emergencies, who haven't left their beds for a LONG time is unfortunately, not all that uncommon. Poopin in the same chair for two years, uh yeah he's gone mental.

The stories I get to hear from my CFD boss and EMS coworker are awesome, and sometimes shockingly gross, on many different levels.

Saw this on the news last night while eating dinner. Luckily I was about done.

When they said the guy was "welded" to the chair, and by what means, soup came out my nose...

There was a woman in western Ks that was stuck to the toilet seat. She had been there for years, ass grew around it. Sad part was she had a husband living with her.

My dad drills house wells and installs pressure tanks and well pumps, some of the stories are nasty. one house had soiled under wear stacked to the ceiling another was the people had no water so they just craped until the toilet was full, bathtub, and sink and every where else was covered.

In high school I had a buddy that dated a girl from that town... it was a ghost town back then, no work and no hope. That was 20 years ago, I can't even imagine what it's like now... well, I guess we know what it's like now.

Now that this story is out, the tourism dollars should turn things around for this town.

Goes like this:
"What do you want to do tonight?"
"Meh, nothing really to do."
"You're right, lets just crap in the chair."

If you are talking about Bellaire, it's probably worse, people dying off and no one coming in to fill the vacancies left. My family is from about an hour north of there, same deal, all the mines and mills closed up and everyone either left or wasted away on public assistance.
