| Ckrc customer service!!!!!!
So I ordered $200 worth of parts from CKRC for my ax 10 to convert it to xr 10 steering along with the new longer beef toobs. After I checked out from their site I emailed them to ensure that they had the correct shipping address because I'm on a military base in the middle east right now. They emailed me back that they had the correct address. I have been waiting 2 weeks for my parts now and start to get anxious. I found my tracking number and see that it was delivered to a previous address of mine in Miami.......I call CKRC and they say to call the Post office and Police in Miami and try to find my package!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have spent at least $1000 with them in the last 6 months and this is the customer service I get......Oh I also got "cut off" of the phone and no answer when I called back. It's looking like i'm out $200

Yeah I won't because when I tried to make an order and everything showed in stock I got a call a WEEK later and they didn't have anything in stock.

This is my first issue with them and I have ordered 95% of my stuff from them. I always get my stuff fast but not this time......I'm supposed to track it down from thousands of miles away. In the meantime my truck is sitting here on the table without any fron axles/hubs/knuckles and I have been soooooooo anxious waiting on these parts.

Call your credit card company and get the charges reversed, you won't have any parts but at least you won't be out any money. Then reorder everything with RPP Hobby to find out what great customer service and fast shipping is all about!

| Thank you I can't say we have never shipped the wrong stuff or right stuff for that matter to wrong place . We all screw up, it's how you handle it is what makes the difference. I hope you are able to get this worked out Power Crazy

I'm sorry to hear this. I ordered my Wraith from CKRC. I then heard of the horror stories of similar matters. I was stressed about my order the whole time until it arrived. Luckily it arrived in perfect condition. Unlike some other shipments I read about. Links sticking out of the box... I as well, started ordering my parts from RPP One class act business. |

I had to cancel my wraith pre order with them they weren't very truthful about it and promised I would get one from their first order well the wraith was released and they had no idea when I would get mine in. RPP all the way

| How long ago was it? I had a problem with them months back. Ordered the stuff with paypal, after a week of nothing I emailed them for the track number. The # I got gave me the normal 'the post office has been notified of a package' message. After another week I emailed them again and got the bs line of we shipped, its the post offices problem but we'll see what we can find out. Nothing for another week so I said f'em and filed a PP dispute. Got a reply right back saying they shipped it and not their problem. I gave them the chance to just reship and show good since there was no delivery notice or movement in 3 weeks on that track number. After another week and nothing I just told PP there was no resolution to this, merchant is clearly not willing to work with a customer and to just refund me the money and Ill go else where. Dont care if they have XR's for 20$ with free shipping ........ not another dime to them. Good Luck but try talking to Paypal on the phone about your options. Im sure if they pull history on their account they'll see a trend. |

| Yup, file a dispute. CKRC has to prove it was delivered to you. If they sent it to wrong address that is their fault, not yours. You should not have to track down their package. Last edited by Robotboy; 07-02-2011 at 08:22 AM. |
