|  Got Burned On ebay
Man I got Burned on ebay. I purchased a car 3 weeks ago and it was supposed to be a Truck rtr, radio, 2 batteries, charger and extra parts for 100.00 30 shipping. I finally recieved today and looked in box all i got was the D*mn truck and the esc was hanging outta it not even connected. And I look on box he screwed me on shipping also I paid 30 he paid 11.00.  So I tried to contact the dude and Still no reply. Ebay said i have to wait 7 days and if he dont reply then escalate the case. Some people must be hard up to rip people off on ebay. Did this guy think I would just say OH well. If I lived close to him I would drive this POS car he sent me to his house and take my 130 bucks outta him.  Sorry had to vent a little.

the shipping fee is an easy way to bump the profit without afffecting both party's you saw that he was asking $30 for shipping before you even bid, so IMO tough shit on that one, thats the way it is. (seller's pay fee's on the sell price, they do not pay fee's on the shipping price, thats why for a while a few years back you could buy shit for $0.01 with $200+ shipping.... make sence?) You just got the RC today? Is this a different one? Didnt you post this same complaint on scale4x4rc.org? So, you got stiffed on another RC10 that you got on the 13th, too? Man, you sure have bad luck. You might want to make sure your stories all line up. Just a thought.  *Note* I, in no way, shape, or form know the seller or buyer. However, I believe we all need to know who we are dealing with. You got the truck on the 13th, then on the 15th, you dont have the truck... Now, on the 19th, you got the truck again. Might not be a bad seller, but a bad buyer. just read the cats feed back on ebay he has 56 poss feedbacks as a buyer and neg as a seller. the guy he sold some hydroponic equipment by the looks of it never received it

yeah that sucks. gotta be carefull anywhere you buy something on the internet. its also kinda funny that he charged 11.99 for shipping on the charger that he sold to someone on the 3rd you know cause he paid 11 and charged you 30, might be my sense of humor i guess. also why havent you left any feedback on his Ebay account. id do that first before complaining about it on here. good luck though hope you get justice for the wrong doing that we have witnessed today.

$30 for shipping on all that isn't unreasonable at all. Had he shipped all of it, that would be close. It said $30 economy shipping all along though, so that's on you. Economy means USPS Parcel Post. The missing stuff is on him though, and you can file a claim under the "item received not as described". You'll have to send the truck back, but you'll get your $$$ back. Looks like shotty selling and buying to me. 9-13 you received said item and left negative feedback on Scale4x4. 9-15 you posted a question thread on scale4x4 asking what to do about not receiving the said item already received. 9-19 you move here and just received said item again. |

Oh, he also posted the issue here on the 13th... Beware of this Ebay Seller Dang... I hope the seller of the RC10 dont really loose his money. Really looks like this WestTxRC is full of sh**... I see some of you still feel sorry for him. Why? Because he said he got burned on ebay? Do you guys not read? Its apparent he is a liar, theif, and scammer. If he didnt get the charger, okay. So what?! Its not worth filing a claim over. But, with the way the OP has gone about posting saying he has it, then saying he dont have it, to saying he has it again. Id almost bet he got everything the seller said he was going to send. I guess this is just my opinion, so take it with a grain of salt. |
