Hobby King SUCKS *#@

I ordered a couple lipos from them around Dec.27, They are just now leaving Zurick. The website said they were in stock in the USA and would be to me in less that 7 days. Now HK is saying they shipped from Hong Kong and will take up to 39 days. I will never use those *@#+^° ever again.
I ordered a BL from HobbyPartz on Jan 10th and should get it today

I do believe that they are the same company . I had thought of buying from them , but I am not gonna buy from a company based in China when I can buy from a company based in the USA. The so called savings is not an issue , 39 days to ship? You to could paddle over there and pick it up .

any time I order from Hobby King, I ask myself.....I fast do I need it?
sometimes the price is worth the wait but I hear ya I do feel that way sometimes about them.

I got fluke for ya, I ordered 4 lipos from hobby king's usa location with slow shipping. I minute later I order leaf springs, etc from RPP with priority shipping. The hobby king package beat RPP's by two days. RPP always gets here in three or less. I blame USPS for that one.

My cousin ordered a lipo from hobby king, but didn't realize it was from hong kong. It took 4 weeks to get here and the lipo was puffy. Talk about a huge bitch trying to get a credit from them for a new lipo.

I learned with Hobby King you 'have' to watch what link you click. USA warehouse has an entirely different link.

My boss ordered a charger from there that said USA but he clicked the wrong link and it came out of HK.

Yup, but they've no enforced that if you cart has 1 item from HK all items come from HK...not matter which link you might have added.

I bought on the 21st of December, Arrived on the 10th of January. Which lets be honest came at bad mailing times for all postal services with the holidays.

I know it has 2 links..US vs BFE and I made sure to click the US link, even went back to check before I posted this. What gets me is that the package shows that it was shipped on the 29th and is still in Zurich , I know it's not HK's fault but I think them shipping from HK when it showed the US is.
And I'm going to use Hobby Partz for my cheap battery needs in the future, they are suppose to be in Cali

Hobby partz has been slow recently. A week from Cali to Az. But that is less than from China.

I have only placed around 5 orders from hobby parts, but they all have taken 6 days at most, I have also ordered from hk and it has taken up to a month to get to the u.s. , sorry to hear about your problem Joe and hopefully you get your batts before

Hobby King isn't the same company as Hobby Partz. Hobby Partz, xHeli, and Nitroplanes are the same compnay. They are in CA.
