Default Rolex 24 at Daytona
Anyone else watching?

Only an hour in and a few DP cars already having engine trouble.

GT field is huge this year.

A couple months and I can go watch these guys race at Barber Motorsports Park.

I caught the very beginning. This is the first year since 2001 I haven't been able to go.

I think I'll be watching the GT class more closely. All of the changes with the DP's seems kinda ridiculous.

I would love to go one year. What all have they changed? I've heard them mention it but haven't read up on it.

I'll switch it on after the woman goes to bed, I personally enjoy the GT classes the most. Are the 'vetts out there giving 'Jags a good battle?

the only thing on speed is an on board camera of one of the Porsche's which really sucks during the night hours.

edit the #19 gt3 Porsche in 51st place overall.

There's been chassis redesigns and all of the previous Pontiac based DP are now Corvette based. I heard there were a lot of issues in practice from my cousin down there in FL.

Being there is an awesome experience. I really wanna go to Le Mans...

I watched it on and off. I like the new additions. The R8 is looking good. The new DP cars are looking good, too.

I am loving the new Corvette DP cars. They actually look like corvettes.....a lot more than any other DP resembles a real car.

I've had the Speed stream on all night, occasionally waking up to hugh revving engines and slamming gears. Pretty good night's rest actually. I'm in some Mazda right now I think.

Pity that the Red Dragon 'Vette is 80+ laps down because of a break down, that car is turning some really quick lap times.
