All around good guy Wattsy has an insane riding school and shows off his training techniques. Saw this the other day over on www.thumpertalk.com

A friend, the late Glenn Tyson, attended one of the cilincs and really learned a lot.

Yup, You always learn something by being around faster/better/more talented riders. Glenn was a very good rider, Was shocked when I heard about him...not many get to say they were doing something they enjoyed with every ounce of enthusiasm when their number comes up.

I think I know where I'm cutting one of these circle ruts in right alongside one of these:

I think I know where you're putting those.

I just noticed how high Shane has his bars set up. Now I don't feel so bad about my risers.

He runs those flexx bars and I think a sub-mount steering damper...and he's not all that tall!! He spends a considerable amount of time standing...like most off-road guys. I say if they feel good and work for you, does it really matter??

I built an escargot course with a few buddys over here in Brighton at our now defunct off-road park I set it up really tight....The next one will be more open...in the sand it'll be a challenge.

The rut circle will be a ton of shovel work in the sand, but I think there are a few harder areas I can squeeze something in.

Think of as a skills competition, like what they used to do leading up to the Pro-Bowl in football.
