Default Proline's Rock Pleazer Body

Has anybody heard if they are discontinuing the Rock Pleazer Body. Tower Hobbies lists it as discontinued, Hobby People as sold out, and Proline has not returned my email

hopefully it is discontinued because they are coming out with a new version, rather then because it didn't sell well.

No,hopefully they disco'd it cuz they are clearing the way for the Toyota truck bodies. Common Proline, help us out here.

I've had a couple of the pleazers and they are O.K. but nothing worth breaking your neck trying to get.

.
why would they want to produce toyota bodies??? They are only one of the most if not the most popular off road vehical in the world.
I'm sure they'll produce another fullsize truck, becasue nothing says off road like a new model fullsize pickup/suv.

I think the whole "pleazer" line is ugly as fawk. The RP doesn't look TOO bad if you cut the front all the way up to the hood bubble line.

Saw a listing on Tower for a Pro-Line body called the "Desert Rat", but there were no pics. Nothing on the Pro-Line site either, and I couldn't find anything with a Google search. I guess we have to wait and see what it looks like.

As for the Rock Pleaser, good riddance. It was ugly. I think people just bought it becasue it had "rock" in the name.

I guess it was alright-looking, but it kind of looked-imo-like a stad. truck body. And Yotas arent the most-seen off-road rigs, Jeeps prob. are.

It was so-so, I liked it on some rigs, but only unlimited crawlers like Wrecker's Stick 2.

Thats because while the Toyotas are out wheeling and being USED on the trails......all the Jeeps are being driven around at the malls by the cheerleaders and water polo players

I'm not talking about the US only I'm talking about the world. I would venture to say there are many more toyotas seeing off road duty in the world than j**ps, hell look what the Crocodile Hunter drives!

LMAO, RAPTORMAN, LMAO H2o-polo players, that was great. I meant in the U.S., not the whole world.
