|  Asking your opinion again.
When I moved into my house a year ago one of the 1st things I did was painted my mail box. It's a flag that wraps around it at an angle (I'll get a pic later). Well the next day after I put it out finished my post man approced me about painting a bunch of them for him. And haven't really seen him or discussed it since. Well Friday I was at my car when he was delivering and stoped to talk to me about it. Suggestions like ebay came up for reselling them. I told him I didn't really have much time to do a bunch but if he droped off some I could paint them up and see what happens. My question. Think this is stupid or something that people will buy? I was going to use some automotive paint for them with clear finishes like you would a car. mine was sprayed with rattle cans that i got on sale. I'll get a pic of mine at lunch and post it up. |

paint him up 10 for a price... Then if he sells them, you can talk about doing more and what the split will be... |

Depends on how you're gonna do it. Some designs are going to be more profitable than others.

around here there are custom school bus boxes for busdrivers, I have seen hot rods, japanese flags, american flags, bass and even polished chrome. People spend $$$$ on "novelty" items, I say go for it if anything you may make a nitche market for yourself

You just knew about this? Go to a portland swap meet, theres a guy that has acouple for sell! They go for as much as a tlt kit!! I almost did this along time ago with a bugle pin striping, flames on them etc! |
